Essay in "Health is Wealth"

The proverb “Health is Wealth” means good health is the valuable or real wealth for everyone. You can live without good wealth but without good health it is impossible to survive. Good health is most important part of our life without which we are incomplete and live unhealthy lives. Good health is the great blessing of God and is a matter of great concern. To be healthy and healthy we must eat healthy food, full of nutrients, and also living a discipline life is a must. We must follow the proverb “Early to bed and Early to rise”. Since times immemorial, we have to know the importance of morning walk. Yoga, walking and exercising are the secrets of Good health.

                   


It is said that ‘if health is gone everything is gone’. There is loss of interest in life. In case you will not concentrate in your work, you are not able to enjoy your food neither world. A healthy person is more happy than rich person having diseases body. A healthy person is more concentrated in their work and earned more money as compared to unhealthy person because of lack of concentration level. A healthy person is more active as compared to unhealthy person. Health is a source of happy and peaceful life so health matters and we can say that good health is real wealth of a person. In order to get good health, people should follow a healthy lifestyle and taking a proper balance diet.

                   

Life depends upon balance. Extreme are always dangerous. So we should also understand the importance of balance diet in order to keep ourselves healthy. We must take proper balance diet,The balance food is one which gives us physical as well as mental energy and does not cause any harm to us in any way.

                      


In a recently released survey it reports it has been reported that we are becoming a nation of underachievers. It is because of eating rich food and doing no physical exercise. So At the same time, we suffer from mineral deficiency and minerals. This leads our lifestyle to obesity and mess. Diseases like diabetes and heart problems have become common.

Due to rise in the standard of living, people are eating fast food also called as “Junk food”. The name suggest that it is something useless and harmful. It contains harmful chemicals and preservatives. It also contains artificial colours,it taste are dangerous to health. It is so among the middle and upper middle classes. These classes do not do any physical labour. As a result, their eating habits become a cause of obesity. And also such types of food causes obesity, weakness and laziness also. So we must therefore discard in favour of the balance diet. And it is time that awareness for health care reaches these people.

                     


There is a great need of this awareness among the children at first. The school curriculum should have chapters about healthy food. The Govt. has to banned fried food like samosas, pakoras, burgers etc and cold drinks from school’s canteens. In many schools these are banned. In order to promote balance diet among children. This food is one which gives us all components of food in proper proportion, which is full of nutrient and healthy. The print media should carry out such articles on Healthy food from time to time. These should spread health consciousness among the educated. Physical exercises or physical training (PT) should be made compulsory in schools.
